How do I make payment?
You can make payment securely during checkout via PayPal (card or PayPal account) or WorldPay (card only).
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes you can place an order over the phone by calling us on 0203 137 7006. You will still be required to pay for the order online. We will email you an invoice with links to pay for the order by card or via PayPal.
How much notice do I need to give for delivery of an order?
We usually require at least 48 hours to cook and prepare your order before delivery. The earliest available delivery slots will be shown during checkout. In some cases, the notice required may be more than 48 hours if the next available slot is fully booked.
Is your food cooked fresh?
Yes. All our food is freshly cooked to order.
Do you use any preservatives in your food?
No we don’t. We cook fresh to order and once cooked the food is cooled down quickly in minutes to lock in the texture and yummy flavours with no need for nasty preservatives. The food is then delivered to you chilled in insulated packaging, ensuring it gets to you in perfect condition ready to go in your fridge, freezer or microwave!
What is the delivery charge?
The delivery charge will either be £8.95 for a weekday delivery available to customers within Mainland UK (England, Scotland & Wales), or £25 for Saturday delivery available only to customers in London.
Where do you deliver?
Our delivery covers mainland UK. That’s all of England, Scotland & Wales. Due to the perishable nature of our products we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. If you are unsure if we deliver to your address please use our delivery checker on the homepage to confirm.

When will my order arrive?
We currently only offer deliveries on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Saturday delivery is only available to customers in London. You can select your preferred delivery day during checkout.
Weekday orders (Tuesday and Friday) are delivered before 12noon on the day of delivery. Saturday deliveries arrive between 8am and 6pm except where specified otherwise. For Saturday deliveries we will give you a 2-hour delivery window (via text message) before 10am on the day your order is due to the delivered, so you don’t have to spend the whole day indoors waiting for your order to arrive.
Do I need to be in to receive the delivery?
Your order will arrive in insulated packaging that will keep the food cool for a few hours after delivery but it is best for you to be home to receive the delivery. This is because we advise removing the food from the box and putting them in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible after delivery. If you are not going to be in when your order arrives you can let us know if you’d like the courier to leave the order in a safe place at your address.
If you are not home when the order arrives, the courier will either leave your order in a safe place at your address, drop off your order with a neighbor and leave you a card or return the order to their depot for collection. Please note that we will deem your order fulfilled in any of these scenarios.
How will my order arrive?

Is there a minimum order or collection charge?
There is no collection charge but there is a minimum order amount of £30 to use the site.
How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
You can select your preferred pick up date during checkout. Your order will be available to pick up between 1pm and 6pm on your selected pick up date except where you have organised an alternative pick up time with us.
What do I need to bring with me when I Collect?
Just your order number and the card you used to pay with. If you paid via PayPal you will need any recognised form of ID like a driver’s license.
Can someone collect on my behalf?
Yes, but they’ll need your card or proof of your ID to collect the order.
