Ayamase (pronounced 'ha-yah-ma-shay') is a blended mixture of green peppers and chillies fried in palm oil and 'iru' (fermented melon seeds). It also comes with small chunks of beef, cow foot and tripe. This is traditionally served with ofada rice but can also be enjoyed with any other rice dish. It is delivered in BPA-free food pouches ready to go directly in the fridge or freezer, or simply heat and eat!

**Heating & Storage Instructions**

Can be stored in the fridge or freezer. To heat, please pour ayamase in a microwaveable container, cover and heat on full power for 2 minutes. Open and stir, then cover and heat for another 1 minute or until hot all through. To heat in an oven, please pour ayamase in an oven dish, cover with a foil paper and heat at 170 degrees C for 6 minutes. Open and stir, then cover and heat for another 2 minutes or until hot all through.
