Changes to normal operations…

Due to the ongoing pandemic, there are a few changes to our normal operations. This is to help us safely serve customers while ensuring our staff are adequately protected. Current changes to our operations include:

Limited delivery slots – delivery slots will be available every Tuesday and Friday as normal, however, the slots available to customers will be limited per day. Customers will only be able to book available delivery dates at checkout; unavailable dates will be automatically blocked off. If you try to book delivery for a Tuesday or Friday and the date you want is not available, please check for future dates for the earliest available slot. We also recommend customers place their orders as early as possible, so they have a better chance of getting deliveries on the dates they want. As before, deliveries can be booked up to 6 months in advance.

Collections suspended – we have (temporarily) suspended customer collections from our kitchen. We will review this decision regularly and will resume the service as soon as it is safe to do so.

Contactless Deliveries – customers can still request contactless delivery at checkout. If you would like no contact with the delivery driver, please leave a delivery note during checkout and we will pass on the request to our couriers. You can specify a safe place for your order to be left for you to collect thereby avoiding contact with the delivery driver. For example, you can request your box to be left outside your front door, on your porch, or in front of your garage. The message will then be passed on to our courier partners to fulfil. We will also provide you with your tracking details prior to delivery so you can monitor progress of your delivery, ensuring you can collect your box promptly after it is dropped off by the driver.

Reduced menu options – to simplify processes and help us work more efficiently, we are operating a reduced menu across the site. Dishes not available will be listed as out of stock. We will review this list regularly and update accordingly.

Custom orders suspended – we have (temporarily) suspended custom order requests, this includes tweaks to existing menu items.
