Jollof rice, also called jellof rice is arguably the most popular dish in West Africa and definitely a must try! Our jollof rice is basmati rice cooked in peppers, tomatoes, herbs and spices. Goes beautifully well with any of our meat or fish dishes and a side of plantain.

**Heating & Storage Instructions**

Jollof rice
Can be stored in the fridge or freezer. If storing in the freezer, defrost in the fridge before heating. To heat, pour in a microwaveable container, cover and heat in the microwave on full power for 2 minutes, or until hot all through.
