Moin Moin (pronounced as spelt) is steamed black eyed beans. The beans is pureed with peppers and then steamed in moin moin leaves (a Nigerian alternative to banana leaves) with boiled eggs and fish. Moin Moin is great eaten on its own or as a side dish to any of our rice dishes.

**Heating & Storage Instructions**

Moin Moin
Can be stored in the fridge or freezer. If storing in the freezer, defrost in the fridge before heating. Do not remove moin moin leaves before heating. Place moin moin still in leaves on a microwavable plate, heat in the microwave on full power for 3 minutes or until hot all through. Remove moin moin leaves and enjoy.
