Wild rice contains twice as much protein as white rice, contains more fiber, has less carbs and less calories. For this dish we have steamed wild rice with wholegrain basmati rice (also known as brown basmati rice).

Our meals are delivered in individual BPA-free food pouches ready to go directly in the fridge or freezer, or simply heat and eat!
