Stir fried basmati rice with vegetables. Commonly served with chicken, fried plantain or moin moin. This is a fairly mild dish so if you are not too big on spicy food, this is one to try.

**Heating & Storage Instructions**

Vegetarian fried rice
Can be stored in the fridge or freezer. If storing in the freezer, defrost in the fridge before heating. To heat, pour in a microwaveable container, cover and heat in the microwave on full power for 2 minutes, or until hot all through.
