Efo riro (pronounced 'eh-four-ree-row') is a Nigerian word for stir fried vegetables. Our efo riro is spinach stir fried in peppers, spices and palm oil. It also comes with a medley of beef, smoked turkey, dried fish, cow foot and tripe. Efo riro can be enjoyed with any rice dish, yam porridge or pounded yam.

**Heating & Storage Instructions**
Efo riro
Can be stored in the fridge or freezer. If storing in the freezer, defrost in the fridge before heating. To heat, pour in a microwaveable container, cover and heat in the microwave on full power for 2 minutes. Stir, cover and heat for another 1 minute or until hot all through.
